Flowlyn provides AI automation and workflow optimization services, including but not limited to:

• Workflow automation using platforms like Zapier, n8n, and Make.com
• CRM automation and integration services
• Custom bot development and API integrations
• Consulting and strategy services

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Payments are due according to the agreed schedule
• Late payments may incur additional fees

• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Flowlyn and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Custom solutions developed for clients remain the property of the client, while our underlying methodologies and frameworks remain our intellectual property.

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of business information and commit to:

• Maintaining strict confidentiality of client information
• Using information only for the purpose of providing services
• Implementing appropriate security measures
• Not disclosing information to third parties without consent

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide:

• 99.9% uptime for automated systems
• 24/7 monitoring and support
• Response times as specified in service agreements
• Regular performance reporting

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowlyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due
• Access to services will be discontinued
• Data will be returned or destroyed as requested
• Confidentiality obligations continue

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
